Welcome to Fit For Purpose
I am based at the Pewsey Osteopathic & Sports injury clinic, due to lockdown restrictions I am unable to offer mobile services.

With the new National lockdown starting on the 5th November until 2nd December. I am pleased to confirm I am able to continue working but in the following limited circumstances.

All treatment will be carried out in my clinic location, and will be available for anyone with a GENUINE HEALTHCARE NEED. Before any treatment is carried out it will be necessary to carry out a prior CONSULTATION to ascertain necessity and justify treatment and finally treatment time must be kept to the minimum.

So If you have a NEW injury or are in PAIN please contact me or use the online booking link for Wiltshire Osteopath and Sports Clinic. All appointments at this time will be clinic based only.

I am a Level 5 BTEC qualified and experienced sports and remedial massage therapist, if you have been suffering with any form of muscular discomfort, aches or pains then please consider a sport and remedial massage.

I use deep and soft tissue massage techniques to alleviate stress and tension from your body.

Fit for Purpose response to COVID-19

You will be asked a few screening questions to ensure it is safe for me to treat you and for you to continue with the appointment.
I will also take your temperature before your appointment using a contactless device.

For Clinic
I ask that you arrive on time, rather than early for your appointment, so reducing time spent in the waiting area.

I ask that you come to the clinic alone unless absolutely necessary, for medical assistance for example.

I recommend that you wear some form of face covering to your appointment.

The toilet will be available for emergencies, but please try to use the toilet at home before you leave.

I would prefer for you to pay bank transfer or contactless card payment, if possible. If you need to pay by cash, please try to have the correct fee.

I will be wearing full PPE. Face shield, gloves, and apron. In addition when working closely I will wear a face mask.

In the Clinic
We have allowed additional time between patients to enable us to thoroughly clean the treatment room, waiting area chairs, door handles and banisters after each patient has left.

A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
